RETURN POLICY

At flexnows.com, we take pride in offering products of the highest quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 180 days. The tag must still be attached. Once the product is received, you will receive a refund in the form of the original payment within 7 business days, or the option of an exchange.

1 – RETURN REQUEST
Please send us an email at flexnows.com with a return/exchange request for your purchase.

2 – PACKAGING
Securely pack the items you wish to return and include the invoice. If you no longer have the original packaging, please follow USPS, UPS, or FedEx guidelines and pack your items appropriately.

3 – SHIPPING
Affix the printed label to the package and seal it. Be sure to cover or remove any previous shipping labels. Drop off the package at the nearest USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping center.

4 – EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT, OR REFUND
Once we have received your package, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival. Full-price items may be exchanged, refunded, or credited in full within 7 days of product receipt. All items purchased on sale or during promotions may be exchanged or credited, unless they are final sale items.
